We offer FREE Shipping in USA. Item will be shipped out same day if Order are placed before 3 pm eastern.

Shipping Methods

We will ship via USPS, UPS, or SpeeDee Delivery. If you prefer to have your package shipped via Priority Mail, you are given the option during checkout. With our flat-rate shipping, most orders arrive 2-3 days after we ship them, but can take up to 5 or more business days in rare cases.

If you are from Alaska or Hawaii (or if you are a military customer with an APO/FPO), it costs more for us to ship to you, so you will need to select Priority Mail at checkout please.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase with valid receipt or invoice. In order to receive a full refund the item must be sent back to our warehouse or any store location in unopened and perfect condition. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will accept returns on open items within 30 days of purchase if the item is deemed defective. This includes items that are clumpy, hard, damaged, past their expiration date, or missing both an outer and inner seal. If the inner seal appears to be missing, please double check the top of the lid. In most cases this seal comes off while unscrewing the lid of a supplement jug and is not a cause for concern. A small amount of powder leakage from the outer seal or bag seam is also normal. Please contact support@splyon.com or bring the item to your nearest Suppz store with your receipt to return or exchange these items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


We accept orders from almost every country! You will have several shipping options depending on your order size. All the shipping price quotes are pulled directly from USPS's website, so you only pay what we are being charged.

 

As you probably know, supplements can sometimes be seized at customs. We do our best to prevent this, but we make no guarantees. Once the products leave our warehouse, there is nothing more we can do.

Many shipments arrive within 2 weeks, however in some rare cases, shipment can take 45 days or more. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no way to control transit times or customs decisions. Make sure you know your country's laws on restricted products!

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN STOLEN/SEIZED/LOST


We WILL NOT take responsibility for Stolen/Seized/Lost packages on all international orders. We are very sorry but International Customs and postal carriers will not work with us on any related matters. For us to keep our excellent prices we cannot offer refunds on any packages that have been stolen, seized or lost internationally. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If your package has been Stolen/lost or seized please contact your Customs or Postal carrier.
